A peace agreement with Russia would be worthless. Putin, and it appears many Russians in general, are morally corrupt and can never be trusted, ever again. Russia may not realize it yet, but they will never be welcomed back into the humane world. Their country is dead, they just don’t know it yet. If they want peace they need to show it. Perhaps separating Putin from the air supply.
