Come on Man! You could switch a few names and letters around and tell exactly the same story…other than Hilary lost. It is surprising that we are three years down stream and folks are still trying to come up with cover for why Trump won. It was not about the media…lord knows there are plenty of left-wing media-mouths to counter FNC. But media was not the deciding factor any way.

Think about it this way. There was plenty of reasons why people should not like Trump. He is brash, outspoken when listening might be better, damaged in ways most might seek to avoid. Yet he won….and in a close to electoral landslide. Why was that? It was because even with all his warts and scars and odorous history he was still seen as a better choice than Hilary.

And just to be clear, it had nothing to do with her gender. It had everything to do with her demeanor. She was the epitome of the DC swamp monster. Rich beyond belief while working for the the taxpayers dime. How is that? People still want to know how some many who go to Washington to serve the people end up with such huge bank accounts. If you are doing the peoples business at the peoples salary you don’t end up a multi-millionaire. But somehow that seems to happen. Even to social activists from inner city Chicago.

So, if you are going to take on the biggest and baddest swamp monsters you need to send a bigger and badder monster slayer. Think about what a mess DC has been in for the last several decades. All they do is piss and moan and distort truths with twisted words. “It depends on what the definition of is is”. A lot of folks saw Trump as the swamp monster slayer. A lot of folks see that job is not yet done and will still take Trump over what the alternative has to offer. If DC has it’s way we will all live in the swamp.
