While Biden’s decline pretty much follows text book patterns, Trumps mental acuity seems pretty well in tact. Though he definitely has his quirks, his focus, clarity and recall scores, based upon his many unscripted press conferences if nothing else, do not display any serious cognitive decline. For whatever reason he took the Montreal protocol, according to his doctor he passed it. You may have your opinion about his behavior, that is your right, but remember the point of comparison.
