Hi Will. I read your story with interest and found it presented the topic with fine writing and great graphics. I had a few issues with content, but that’s not uncommon for me. One thing that seemed to be missing from your story of fat metabolism though is any reference to gluconeogenesis. I was familiar from the start of the article that you would have a ketogenic focus; otherwise why call it keto school. My point here is that from your obvious understanding of the topic the omission of any reference to gluconeogenesis…the primary process by which fat is “returned” to glucose for energy, during weight loss, serious exercise or short term fasting… would seem a surprising oversight.

As complicated as it might seem, it is a story worth telling.
