The changes that took place in the US Congress are not going to be a factor. No one wants to "cut off" aid to Ukraine. That's far left speculation. Some forms of aid may be re-evaluated, and some more aggressive "accounting" may applied, but aid will continue as long as Putin and Russia persist with their war-crime ridden, bull shit war.
