There are many examples of people mistreating other people. This example is just one. But it is just one. Though the inference that all “white people” do such things, feel such way or commit such racist behavior is patently false. In deed, most “white people” feel, act and do just the opposite.
I’m not suggesting that there isn’t a problem, only that it should not be applied to every white person any more than the actions of the predominantly black smash and grab gangs should be applied to all black people. The abhorrent behavior of the few should not be imprinted upon the many.
Finally, your comment “here we are again” seems contrived when you are highlighting an historical event…even if just a few years in the past.

One-time Democrat, came to my senses, opinionated…but evidence based, moderately conservative, have trouble with BS…especially the political variety.
