Well, actually I understand science quite well. I am well aware of psychology/physiology interface in “clinical” investigation and the real world. The clinical evidence of the impact of a 1 hour time change does not balance with the real world impacts on individuals who regularly encounter multiple changes of one or more hours. If it were a consistent phenomenon it would be far more established in literature and on a much broader scale than these twice / year, 1 hour adjustments.
Science tells us lots of things, but real world experience tells a more meaningful story.
