We’ll Alexei, I agreed with your opening comment about the word hate being used so flippantly these days; kids and adults included. It’s like they are too emotionally compromised to find any middle ground between love and hate. Like and dislike are obscure concepts they can’t comprehend. That idea is only outweighed by the concept of neutrality. It’s like society demands you take one side or the other….emotive polarity. Sad. Otherwise, the rest of your story was neither lovable nor hate-able, I neither liked nor disliked it. But I happily read it and enjoyed the two minute spent doing it.
