1. “Collective ownership” is commune-ism.
2. Those “elites” likely have the largest, often multi-million $$, mortgages. That seems problematic.
3. The idea of letting government run everything is insane. Case in point; California. Already crowing about having the 5th largest governmental economy in the world, CA is a social and infrastructural mess. Giving such ineptudinal (my word) folks more is a recipe for total, unfixable disaster.
