Yes, actually I have an issue with the lack of investigative and prosecutorial momentum. The time line starts late in Trump's time in office; late 2020. Since then the FBI has had the laptop and essentially done nothing with it. It should be a shit-or-get-off-the-pot moment for them. But they just sit there.

At least part fo the content on the laptop somehow ended up in the public. Media outlets, including the NYTimes, NY Post and Washington Post have confirmed authenticity of at least part of that contents. So, where's the DOJ or FBI?

But that was not the point of my comment anyway. It was parallelling the most recent Son of a highly ranked US Government official traveling covertly for non-US Governmment business. It has that same odor all over it.
